this page will document the independent study on stereoscopy undertaken by brian quimby and christopher pope at the university of pennsylvania. the project was begun in spring 2006 and concluded by the summer of that year. by the end, students had completed a three-dimensional movie, multiple anaglyphs, and a comprehensive historical analysis with a perspective on the future.
